Elk Rock's True Self Yoga Teacher Training is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified program with a focus on social justice and making yoga a daily practice through applied yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda. Our training draws from inclusive, collaborative, weight neutral practices investigating the pedagogy of care, attention, meditation, and self inquiry.

Our free info sessions with Fawn are created to make you feel more comfortable about diving into the curriculum. Meet up in person ask all of your questions before we begin the Teacher Training, every other weekend for 13 weekends, beginning February 24!
