Sink deeply into your restorative practice and nourish your nervous system with this 90-minute workshop. Kat will guide you through a series of prolonged, supported Restorative yoga poses and will offer hands-on touch therapy to supplement the benefits of each pose.
The size of this workshop will be capped at 10 students to ensure that each person receives enough healing touch to support deep rest, unwinding, and softening. Comfortable clothing is suggested.
Props (mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets) will be available to borrow. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check-in. No late admissions will be permitted.
