Join Kat for a 3-part sequential series to help you root into the foundations of your yoga practice. Designed to help beginners orient to yoga and develop their own personal practice, this series will:
Help you navigate common dynamics of public classes
Understand how to cultivate safety and support in your body during yoga asana
Expand your understanding of the history, lineage, and daily lessons offered to us by yoga
Each session builds upon the previous session, and this series of 3 classes will be interactive, dynamic, and playful. This fun, educational introductory series will be a true resource for anyone who has felt intimidated by public yoga classes.
Students who are new to yoga will walk away from this springtime series with new skills and deeper understanding of yoga to facilitate a safe, sustainable, and supportive practice. More experienced practitioners will gain deeper insights into the foundations of the practice and expand their relationship with yoga and yoga asana.
