Future opportunities

This position has the potential to grow as Fawn’s business grows.

Not required, but ideal

  • You’re skilled in branding, marketing, and graphic design: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (this is what Fawn uses); experience in Canva is OK, too.

  • You have education experience and would enjoy assisting with class preparation or syllabus/curriculum creation.

  • You have e-commerce experience with small businesses.

  • You have a fondness for merchandising and working in retail.

This position would not be a good fit for you if:

  • You are stronger in generating ideas than you are in execution and mastering details (this is an admin position).

  • You have ongoing life circumstances that make you unable to complete tasks on time.

  • You struggle with learning new technology and systems.

  • If you are struggling with a task or if you are unable to meet a deadline, you do not reach out and communicate your needs.

  • Hourly 1099 contract position.

  • 1-month trial to ensure a good fit.

Note: Ideal candidate is interested in long term growth.
