This virtual beginner’s series is perfect if you are new to yoga or just want a slow and mindful “back to basics” class. In a safe and supportive environment, we will learn warm-up stretches, breath patterns, fundamental postures, basic meditations and mindfulness. Discover how yoga not only benefits our physical body, but can decrease stress, calm restless thoughts, support mental clarity and confidence as well as encourage self-acceptance.
