other healing instrumentation. Healing tonal frequencies help bring the body into a state of vibrational equilibrium

Bija Mantras for energetic balance

Tea Ceremony for intention setting and aligning with plant allies

Please bring along your favorite tea mug or cup and yoga mat/other cozy props (some
props will be available onsite). Consider bringing a favorite “tool” or talisman (ex. journal, tarot deck, paintbrush, amulet, crystal, etc.) to re-charge with blessings on our altar for the upcoming new year.
