In this month's virtual donation-based Self Care Sunday workshop, we will discuss the role Ayurveda can play in making a happy life.
Our guest host, Hiranyacharya, is an Ayurvedic Practitioner from India. She is an experienced practitioner committed to bring awareness in implementing traditional holistic practices in the present world. A connection with nature, taught through Ayurvedic practice, is a vital way to bring both mental and physical wellbeing. Her evaluation of the body through pulse analysis will help you discover a path toward desired lifestyle changes.
Join us in this workshop to know more about Ayurveda, and how it can improve your quality of life.
