Join us as we infuse the space, and our community with healing tonal frequencies! Ariel Hart will provide a full sound bath (a whole body listening experience) with energy work and gentle hands-on adjustments for deep rest, balance, and overall well being.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and and any other items of comfort you would like!
Elk Rock Outpost features imported and domestic goods, we collaborate directly with artisans, makers, farmers and growers. Look to us for community events, pop ups, and workshops.
