She will teach a therapeutic class at 10am to concentrate on easing tension in the neck and shoulders.

Tech neck is the name given to a number of ways in which our bodies adapt to looking at screens for most of the day. Reduce symptoms of repetitive stress and strain from hours at the computer with yoga therapy. In this all levels class we will explore yoga postures and breathing which promote relief from upper back & neck strain, TMJ, shoulder & wrist issues.

The class will be held at Oregon Convention Center.
