Jan 14: Align to Shine
From the ground up, this hatha yoga session explores rooted connection, helping you find increased length and occupy the body with more present joy. An exploration of Sankalpa, an intention from the heart, is woven through an exploration of physical movement. Focused on improving alignment as a source of restoration, this practice employs elements of core strength, relaxation and breathwork. We bring balance to the body through integrated movement. Improved alignment enlivens the posture, creating more ease and cause to shine.
