Join JenVanZee once each month on a beautiful hike through Oregon Forests, incorporating yoga and mindfulness.
Expect 5-10 minutes of warm up postures, 1-3 hours of hiking with intermittent yoga stretch breaks, discussions on yoga philosophy, tales of yoga mythology, identifications of plants and wildlife, 10 minute savasana or seated meditation in the woods, 5-10min post hike stretch.
Meetup at location or trailhead, bring 1-2 liters of water, a light snack, and wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing. Events are rain or shine!
