Ariel Hart will be offering three 10 minute group sound healing sessions between 6 and 7pm. This sound healing or a “sound bath” utilizes 7 crystal singing bowls, elemental Koshi chimes and other healing instrumentation. Healing tonal frequencies bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.

This community event is part of our Friday Popup Series. Free for members. For non-members, the fee is sliding scale $10-$20.
