Celebrate Earth Day with one of earth's more heart-bursting plant medicines! We stand in solidarity with climate justice and the people and organizations that strive to build inclusive, equitable, clean, and sustainable spaces for current and future generations.
Kelly will guide you through a slow-flow practice, paired with artisanal ceremonial cacao from Guatemala. We will have the chance to honor cardinal directions, our surroundings, and our community through intentional yoga grounding. Learn some wisdom from Mayan Cosmovision, and how ceremonial cacao was brought into Latin American rituals. A portion of this event's proceeds will be donated to OPAL, Organizing People, Activating Leaders, as they invest in leadership development, climate justice frameworks, and environmental justice advocacy efforts within the traditional Tribe sites of Multnomah, Kathlamet, Clackamas, bands of Chinook, Tualiatin Kalapuya, Molalla, and other Native American Tribal lands (also known as Portland, Oregon).
