Gather with community, and stoke your inner flame through seasonal spiritual renewal!
Join Allegra Chabay, Ariel Hart, and Fawn Williams for a nourishing autumnal retreat at the incredible Doe Bay resort on Orcas Island, Nov 8-Nov 12th, 2024.
All three women work as facilitators to provide opportunities which inspire connection to hope, joy, and a courageous heart. Together they have over 40 years of teaching experience, and over six decades of study and practice in the yoga tradition and healing arts modalities.
Expect daily Ayurvedic-infused practices and rituals, morning and evening yoga, dynamic and restorative practices, guided journaling, evening yin and yoga nidra, sound healing, energy work, healing frequencies and hands-on energy work, somatic and breath tools to support integration and balance, meditation and chanting.
Retreat weekends are intentionally spacious for both integration within like minded community, and important solo processing work. We co-create a container, focus on healing the body, offer time to share and be heard throughout the weekend.
This long weekend retreat offers time to process and heal, nourish and stoke the inner fire, time to share and be heard, and time to rest in the quiet of the resort and the natural world. The retreat is situated on 38 acres of pristine waterfront land on Orcas Island in the San Juan Islands, a treasure of the PNW.
As we move into the heart of fall, support your inner resource and nourish your body, heart and mind at this sanctuary on the sacred shores of the Salish Sea. We’ll gather in community to stir the inner fire and prepare for the turning inward that fall invites. Immerse in community and in solitude, in Ayurvedic-based yoga practices, walking meditations and other mindful activities, daily dynamic and restorative practices, powerful sound and energy work, the deep healing of yoga nidra, optional island excursions, and other group and solitary opportunities for awakening and restoring heart, body, mind and spirit.
