It has been a year unlike no other, with the changes to our yoga practice, this an amazing opportunity to reignite your practice with Gina Lee. We will have a candid group conversation re-uniting the community to support one another in renewing your yoga practice. We will discuss ways to continue or re-establish your yoga practice along with a vinyasa flow handout to use for your at-home practice.
There will be a meditation and a vinyasa yoga flow to follow discussion.
