Join us every Monday Beginning January 8th for BIPOC Hatha & Restore Yoga!
BIPOC Hatha & Restore is a gentle offering and gathering space for our BIPOC community! It is a blend of steady Hatha holds and passive Restorative postures, intentionally curated to support each individual through a somatic sensory experience. There will be an opportunity for everyone to briefly introduce themselves and connect (if they choose to). Each 60-minute class will focus on releasing built-up tension and winding down the evening with nurturing, restful shapes. Warm beverages, essential oils, props, and eye-pillows will be available for each yoga practitioner. Please refrain from attending if you do not identify as BIPOC.
