New Year Sound & Energy Ceremony

  • Elk Rock Yoga 5975 Southeast 52nd Avenue Portland, OR, 97206 United States (map)

Amplify your magic and vibrance within the warm glow of this sacred space! Explore the potent energy of new beginnings, with a ritual designed to honor and revitalize your being and to support collective healing and liberation.

Winter holds us in a nourishing chrysalis as we return towards light.  The new year is a time to honor the wisdom of the body, and of our plant, stone and earth ancestors from the North.  Let us nurture and tend to the seeds within, so that we may bloom more fully when we are ready to unfurl.

Our ceremony is an invitation into deeper awareness and care for all of our layers.  Let us receive support from our natural allies, tend to our foundational structures, and promote ease and sustainability within.

Our healing container will include: An immersive sound bath (a whole-body listening experience) with energy work-- for deep rest, balance and overall well-being. Pranayama (breath work) and movement for activation and clearing of the subtle energy body. Tea Ceremony with Juniper for heart-centered guidance, protection and abundance. EFT variations (Emotional Freedom Technique) and self massage to support our nervous system, physical ease and create more space in the emotional body.

Envisioning group altar creation.  What are you calling in this year?  Bring items, images, symbols, talisman, herbs, etc. that represent what you desire to align with this year.

Water magic-- Take home your own water elixer in a glass vessal, charged with our ceremonial support, bija mantras, and prayers for the greatest good.  Water the seeds of your intentions!

A bottle of Lapis Lazuli stone essence to take home-- to help integrate our ceremony and assist in speaking your truth.
