Join us for a special Earth Day workshop, "Nourish and Restore: Strengthen and Soothe", where we will focus on integrating Ayurvedic wisdom and ancient practices to create balance in body and mind as we emerge into Spring.
In this workshop, we will explore the balance of a vinyasa and restorative practice, with a 40/60 split of 1 hour vinyasa and 1.5 hours of restorative, pranayama, and meditation. We will delve into supporting digestion, opening the heart and lungs, and cultivating a sense of grounding, clarity, and presence.
Participants will not only experience a transformative practice, but also take home some simple practices to sustain well-being in the seasonal transition.
