Each session will guide you through a sequence that is therapeutic for all stages of pregnancy. Sessions weave childbirth education, breath work, accessible meditation practices, strength and stability, all designed to help assist you in birth and beyond. Fawn is a Certified Yoga Therapist, C-IAYT, and trained in the Mamalates method of prenatal and postnatal Pilates; she led prenatal and postnatal yoga classes at Alma Midwifery's Movement Center in Portland for 4 years, and has taught perinatal yoga throughout Portland since 2012.
